A BMW 507 previously owned by Elvis Presley will see the road again thanks to an official restoration by its maker.

Having slumbered in a warehouse for four decades, it’s set to be overhauled over a two-year period. Elvis’s 507 was shown at the 1957 Frankfurt Motorshow and mountain-climbed by Hans Stuck before being leased to the rock n’ roll star the following year. Originally white, it was resprayed in Porsche Red at the King’s request.
