What if I don’t drive an air-cooled VW?
Regular event tickets are available to purchase online, too. There’s ample parking right alongside the main arena, only a couple of minutes’ walk from the air-cooled action.
Can I camp at the venue?
Yes, on the Saturday night before the show (22 March 2025). With hot showers and excellent bathroom facilities, the South of England Showground offers the perfect venue to enjoy a night of spring camping. It also means you’re guaranteed a relaxed early start to the show, and access as soon as the doors open on Sunday morning.
If you don’t fancy cooking, you’ll be pleased to know there will be catering services on site, as well as music and somewhere to sit and catch up with friends on the Saturday evening. A camping add-on must be booked in advance via www.volksworldshow.com, and will incur an additional cost.
Please note that you will need to purchase an entry ticket too, and please be aware that camping wristbands will not allow you access to the display halls until the show opens on Sunday morning.
I don’t want to camp, are there hotels nearby?
If you don’t fancy camping at the event the night before, you can opt to stay in one of a number of hotels nearby. You can see which hotels and restaurants are located near to the South of England Showground here.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on site, but must always be kept on a lead
When does early bird ticket pricing end?
Early bird tickets are only available until 31 January 2025. For just £10, you can book a display vehicle ticket by entering the registration number and model/year of your air-cooled VW. Head over to the Club Display page for more info.
Each early bird display vehicle pass includes access for one vehicle, its driver and one passenger. Additional tickets will be required if you plan to bring multiple passengers. The ticket gives you access to the main show arena on the Sunday, where you can park in one of the air-cooled-only display zones.
