The popular Passion for Power Classic Motor Show becomes the Classic & Retro Car Revival at Tatton Park on 15-16 August, 2026
A new chapter in the motoring calendar begins this August as the Classic & Retro Car Revival takes over from the long-running Passion for Power Classic Motor Show at Tatton Park.
Building on more than 30 years of automotive heritage, the reimagined event promises to retain the friendly atmosphere and spectacular displays that made its predecessor a favourite among enthusiasts, while introducing exciting new attractions for visitors of all ages.
Many of Passion for Power’s loyal car clubs will return with their imaginative themed displays, showcasing everything from beautifully restored classics to iconic performance cars. Organisers are also inviting private owners to exhibit their own vehicles free of charge, giving collectors the chance to display their pride and joy alongside hundreds of exceptional cars.
Visitors can browse a vast 250-plot autojumble and trade area packed with specialist suppliers offering parts, spares, memorabilia and collectables. Whether searching for a rare restoration component or simply looking to take home a unique automotive souvenir, the event is expected to offer plenty of bargains.
Every vehicle on display will automatically be entered into a series of competitions, with more than 70 awards presented each day, including the prestigious Best in Show title and honours for the top club displays.
A popular highlight will once again be the return of Sporting Bears Motor Club, whose famous Dream Rides allow visitors to experience a thrilling passenger ride in an impressive selection of performance cars in exchange for a charitable donation. Since its launch in 1989, the volunteer-run organisation has raised more than £2.6 million for children’s charities across the UK.
With thousands of visitors expected, the Classic & Retro Car Revival is aiming to continue the legacy of one of the region’s best-loved motoring events, offering a weekend packed with outstanding vehicles, family entertainment and plenty of opportunities for enthusiasts to get involved.
