William Medcalf Vintage Bentley, the world-leading name in vintage Bentleys, opened the doors to their HQ for the first time in 2018 welcoming a host of classic cars, modern cars and motorcycles for a morning of coffee and conversation.
The grounds of William Medcalf Vintage Bentley were filled with a selection of interesting and exotic machinery from the latest Bentley Bentayga to a Series 1 Land Rover. Naturally, a large proportion were vintage Bentleys – from Le Mans racers to glamorous saloons. Joining them were all manner of classic car enthusiasts who came along to enjoy the spectacle.
Over 150 people attended the first Drive Out of the year and enjoyed a delicious brunch from the RAC Club’s Pit Stop catering truck, plus coffee and conversation while enjoying William Medcalf’s HQ, housing one of the largest collections of vintage Bentleys gathered in one place in the world – over 30 in all.
The next Drive Out from William Medcalf Vintage Bentley is already planned for spring 2018, when visitors will once again get the chance to experience one of the best motoring meetings in the country.
William Medcalf said: “It’s great that our Drive Out meetings are a huge success and it was fabulous to see so many cars descend on our headquarters to enjoy the day, our workshop and showroom. This New Year meeting saw us relax and enjoy the surroundings of our HQ – the next meeting will see us, once again, out on the road for a Drive Out to a great destination.”
