VolksWorld Show 2026 confirmed for return to South of England Showground to celebrate all air-cooled VWs
The legendary VolksWorld Show is back for 2026 and promises to be bigger and better than ever before. Set to take place on Sunday 22nd March 2026 at the South of England Showground in West Sussex, prices start at just £10 for a display pass for any air-cooled VW, which includes driver and passenger. Camping is just £30 per pitch for two adults and two children for two nights.
The 2025 event marked the first time in its 30 plus year history that it moved to a new venue, and focused on a single public day as opposed to a weekend. With 1000 display cars and 4000 people in attendance over a single day, it boasted more clubs and more displays than any previous weekend event.
Saturday sees the gates open at 10am for club displays, special exhibits, autojumble traders, and a host of aftermarket suppliers. It’s a perfect chance to get a head start on bargains, meet fellow fans, and soak in the festival atmosphere. There will also be a bar and DJ open on the Saturday night, so enthusiasts can gather ahead of the main event on the Sunday.
The main show day on Sunday 22nd March opens to the public from 10am, showcasing the very best air-cooled VWs from across the UK and beyond. From meticulously restored Beetles and Buses to custom creations and rare survivors, the indoor and outdoor areas will be packed with stunning vehicles and passionate owners.
World renowned air-cooled specialists, EMPI, have renewed their headline partnership for 2026, while Meguiars have also been confirmed as show and shine partner. Plus the Editors of VolksWorld magazine, Paul Knight, and VWt magazine, Ian Cushway, will be in attendance.
Hoping to build upon the successful format of 2025, the show will feature a wide range of air-cooled VWs on display indoors and out, with an ‘Editor’s top picks’ in the main, Jubilee Hall, a bustling autojumble and trade village packed with parts, accessories, and merchandise, a dedicated camper van zone sponsored by Campervantastic, kids entertainment area plus a wide range of catering concessions.
