Transport for London has confirmed that vehicles registered with the DVLA and taxed in the Historic Vehicles class will be exempt from the London Ultra Low Emission Zone, just as they currently are for the London Low Emission Zone.

Any such vehicles registered in the UK will be automatically exempted and will not need to register with Transport for London, though historic vehicles registered abroad will have to take this extra step.
