Classic American celebrates 30 years of the Stars & Stripes car show
Held over the summer weekend of June 30 – July 1, the Classic American Stars & Stripes car show is a US-style extravaganza featuring American dream machines of all shapes and sizes as classic Cadillacs to customised hot rods descend on the 1000 acres of deer parkland at the centuries-old Tatton Park in Knutsford, Cheshire.
Visitors will be treated to a vast array of American-themed motor vehicles including Mustangs and Corvettes to ex-US Army and military vehicles, plus some magnificent motorcycles, including Harleys and Goldwings, added in for good measure. This family friendly event also plays host to an abundance of live acts, a Wild West shoot-out, kiddies rides and much more, making it the perfect day out this summer.
Ben Klemenzson, editor of Classic American magazine, said: “Fusing Classic American’s knowledge of all things American motors with Mortons’ ability to hold remarkable events is a perfect match. The Classic American Stars & Stripes show is already a well-established event in the calendars of American car enthusiasts, but with Classic American magazine being able to spearhead this event it can only prove to be a brilliant day out for families and patrons alike.”
Tickets for the show can be bought on the day and cost £9 for adults, £3 for children (10-15yrs) with under-10s going free. Normal park entry charges apply, and gates open at 9.30am.
