Lancaster Insurance’s latest competition car giveaway made its first appearance on Sunday, March 11 at Ultimate Dubs, a show dedicated to all things Volkswagen and Audi.
Affectionately named ‘Gabby the Golf’, the 1981 1.6-litre version on offer has been examined by the Mk1 Golf Owners’ Club; it confirmed the car as a fine example. Lancaster will be ensuring Gabby is in tip top condition for her new owner with a range of sympathetic modifications and upgrades.
The Lancaster team hopes to have as many entries into the competition as possible which sees the winner take home the car come the end of 2018. Entries close on Friday, November 30, with the winner being announced in December.
It’s an easy competition to enter: all Lancaster is asking is that you fill out your details and accept a phone call from one of the team members to discuss your current insurance policy cost.
