How To Register Your Club
If your club attended the 2019 Mini In The Park your club will already be registered. If you have set up a new club, or haven’t attended the show before you can either register online by clicking on the “Buy Tickets” button below, alternatively you can contact the events team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07375 554420.
How To Book
To buy your club tickets for Mini In The Park 2020 click the “Buy tickets” button below, select your club from the drop down menu, put in your club password and fill out our online form.
If you don’t know your club password please speak to your club secretary as it has been emailed to them. For any issues please contact the events team on email@example.com or call 07375 554420.
Club Admin Portal
Club Admin have a dedicated area on our ticketing site where you can see details of all your members, the cars that have been booked in and update your passwords. All Club Admins have been sent a password via email, and you can access the area here.
If you do not receive your password, or you have any questions please give us a call on the numbers above.
All club ticket purchases include a FREE Mini In The Park Showguide (RRP £8)
Club tickets increase in price towards the event:
Up until 31st December 2019 £16.00
Phase 2 £18.00
Phase 3 £20.00
FREE entry for up to two children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult.
Additional children £5 each.
All bookings are subject to a £2.00 booking fee.
Additional Show Add-on Tickets
Adult Advance £10.00 per person
Adult On the day £12.00 per person
Child camping £10.00 per person
Tracktime £25.00 per 15 minute session (£30 on the day if not fully booked)
Please Note: Upon completing your registration for Club Entry to the event, you will be required to complete all fields relating to the vehicles attending the shows. We will need the make, model, registration and year of registration. Please make sure you have this information before completing your booking, as you will be unable to register without this.

How many cars does a club need to bring?
The minimum amount of cars allowed on a club stand is 5, there is no maximum.
If your club does not have enough cars booked by the club deadline, all cars will automatically be moved to the Special Display area.
I don’t have a Mini but I want to display my car on a club stand?
Only Minis are allowed to display. The organisers retail the rights to refuse entry or ask you to leave.
We want to put up a gazebo and banners around our stand, is that okay?
You will need to fill in the Risk Assessment Form and make sure that it is securely erected. Banners advertising your club are fine as long as they are suitable and in your designated club area. We retain the right to charge you for the additional space, depending on the size.
Can we raise money for a charity at the event?
If you are a registered charity or part of a registered charity (you will be asked to supply accreditation) then you can collect from your stand only. Collecting around the site is not permitted.
Can we sell things from our stand?
You are allowed to sell branded club merchandise only e.g. t-shirts, stickers etc. You must not sell anything else that is not related directly to your club.
What time can I leave?
The show closes at 17:00 and you may be asked to return to your stand before that time if it is deemed unsafe for vehicle movement due to the volume of pedestrians.
